Custom Orders (Require $300 deposit) We are currently taking orders for 2022 summer.
Let us create a unique new knife for you. Please look through some of the examples of our past custom work (below). When you are ready, complete the following steps to start your custom order: 1) Please fill out the Custom Knife Order Form (bottom of the page). Once you have filled out all applicable fields, clicks "Submit." 2) Select the Custom Knife Deposit product and add it to your cart. Once you have checked out and paid $300 deposit, we will be able to start crafting your custom knife! Use the same email address for the form as you do when checking out. The Amigo
Built for a good friend of mine for his every day carry knife. Forged from 1095 carbon steel the knife features a spear point tip, a fully sharpened bottom edge for finer cutting work and a steeper edge halfway along the top for cutting rope, hay twine, etc. The top spine is hand filed for good thumb indexing. The finish is a hand rubbed stain with a light acid etch to highlight the edge heat quench and to give a light gun mental grey look. Handle features a bolted-on brass bolster with an engraved cattle brand and polished buffalo horn handle scales for durability. The knife is built to a low profile so it sits perfectly on the hip, out of the way while riding and working. Comes with a hand stamped tension pouch belt sheath that puts the knife at a 45-degree cant on the belt for easy access, sheath can be built for left or right handed carry. The Steel Stag
A traditional straight spine hunting knife forged from 1095 steel, edge quenched and has our antiqued finish. Steel teardrop finger guard with copper spacer and genuine Sambar Stag antler handle, provides a great naturally indexed handle with excellent weight balance. The hidden tang knife ends with a pommel hand filed to match the contours of the antler handle. Complete with leather belt sheath with retention strap. 4.5in blade length and 9in overall length. The Frontiersman
Forged from O-1 high carbon tool steel with a clip point tip. Blade is featured with an antiqued finish, rust resistant and non-reflective. Hidden tang handle with a blacked brass ‘cow tongue’ finger guard, pressed and stacked leather handle with a Sambar Stag crown secured with brass pins. Complete with belt loop leather sheath, hand stamped, leather lacing and quick release retention strap. Blade length 6.5 inches overall length 12 inches. Price for similar knife: $500
The Teddy Roosevelt
The kind of knife Teddy wished he’d have carried through Yellowstone. Forged from 5160 high carbon steel with a drop point and finished in our rust resistant antique finish. A blackened brass bolster hand filed into a ‘cow’s tongue’ finger guard. Handle features a pistol grip Sambar Stag crown with brass pins. Leather sheath with leather lacing accents, basket weave tooling, belt loop and quick release strap. Blade length 7in and 12in overall length. Price for similar knife: $500
The Cowboss
Built to take whatever might happen on the ranch whether its hunting, in the saddle or working, a stout clip point hunter profile forged from 1095 carbon steel. A hidden tang handle built from solid Lignum Vitae hardwood with brass finger guard and pin. Complete with tooled leather sheath with belt loop and quick release strap. 6 ¾ in blade and 11.5in overall length. Price for similar knife $350
The Cable Seax
A Seax style knife forged with cable Damascus giving a twisted and scaled pattern. The 6in blade is edge quenched and acid etched to show the hamon and pattern. The handle features Sambar stag antler bolster and Cocobolo hardwood secured with stainless bolts. Complete with tooled pouch style leather sheath. Overall length 9.5in. Price for similar knife: $350
The Pronghorn Hunter
The highlight of this knife is the genuine Pronghorn buck horn handle, taken from a young buck right here on the ranch. The horn handle is finished off with polished brass spacer, Bolivian Rosewood bolster and brass finger guard. The blade is forged from 1095 high carbon steel with a sweeping drop point. Edge quenched and acid etched to show the hamon line and satin finish. Includes tooled leather pouch style sheath. Blade length 6.5 inches overall length 12 inches. Custom Damascus Cowboy Seax
Hand forged Damascus steel with 1095, 5160 and 15n20 steels, it’s the perfect cowboy cutter knife. Custom Bird’s Head Hunter
Forged from 1095 high carbon steel with a clip point and done in our durable antiqued finish. Tear drop style finger guard with a polished Mule Deer antler spacer and a copper spacer, the handle has two finger indexes and a bird’s head profile and is made from solid Desert Ironwood. Completed with a decorative mosaic pin. Basket weave hand tooled leather sheath with cattle brand included. Price for similar knife, $400.

Spear Tip Hunter
A hunting style knife and handle with a short double-edged spear tip for added flexibility. Forged from 1095 carbon steel, hand rubbed satin finish with an edge heat quench then acid etched to show the hamon and give a nice satin grey look. The solid brass guard features our hand filed ‘cow’s tongue’ finger guard with a polished finish. The hidden tang knife is finished with a desert ironwood handle with contoured palm swell for proper finger indexing and secured with a polished brass pin. Roughrider
A stout spined hunting profile knife hand forged from 1095 carbon steel, it’s edge heat treated and finished in our antiqued matte durable finish. An elaborate solid brass finger guard features a top thumb swell and hand filed ‘cow’s tongue’ finger guard to lock the hand in place. A desert ironwood spacer followed by a copper spacer finishes in a natural Sambar Stag crown handle. It’s as ready for work as it is for show. Beaver Skinner
A sweeping Skinner profile knife is the perfect companion for any hunting knife. Featuring a straight tip and hand filed spine for solid thumb indexing, the 1095 carbon steel knife is hand rubbed in our satin finish. The dropping full tang handle is finished with Cocobolo hardwood, two copper spacers and giraffe bone between the spacers. 4” blade and 8” overall length. Knife comes with a sheath. High Plains Skinner
Built to be perfect skinner profile but flexible enough to be a great combination hunter/skinner. A thick spine tapers quickly to a razor-sharp edge with a drop point. Finished off in our corrosion resistant, matte antiqued finish. A solid brass finger guard leads into the desert ironwood handle with an index finger swell and bird’s head pistol grip style butt. A brass pin secures the handle through the hidden tang. Complete with hand tooled sheath. 3.5” blade and 8.25” overall length. Price for a similar knife and sheath - $375
Little Amigo
A smaller but fully effective version of the Amigo. A spear point tip with a double edge forged from 1095 carbon steel. The top spine opposite the main cutting edge is flattened with a finger swell for proper thumb indexing. The knife is finished in the corrosion resistant matte antiqued finish all along the full tang. Handle scales feature a Cocobolo wood bolster, Kirinite spacers and polished ram’s horn scales, all secured with brass bolts. Comes with the tension pouch canted sheath, similar to the Amigo. Blade is 3.25” with and overall length of 7”. Price for a similar knife and sheath - $375
Camel Cowboy
The Camel Cowboy is ideal belt knife for every day carry, working and riding. Hand forged from 1095 carbon steel, the blade is a comfortable 3.5” and features file work at the top spine and then acid etched and polished. The handle features a full tang with a brass finger guard, camel bone grips and a brass butt cap. The camel bone grips are secured with two brass corbel bolts and the finger guard and butt cap are pinned through the tang so every element has a secure mechanical connection. The pancake style sheath is built to sit at a comfortable angle on the hip, allowing for quick access but staying out of the way. Hand stamping and cow hair on hide recessed accent adds a little flair to the sheath. Cattle brands and initials look great on the sheath or on the brass of the knife.
